Just got a new Samsung Chromebook myself. I have your blog bookmarked and am very excited to get started!
One question, though: about RNDR, the tool for opening Java applets, etc. in Chrome...it is now defunct. I'm wondering if you have seen any similar apps for using Java or opening new browsers on Chromebooks?
Thanks! Cheers, Zach
Scott McKnight: I found your name on accident while searching threads in a Google Chrome help page and figured I would seek your advice. My wife and I bought chromebooks as our primary computing devices recently. I am in grad school and am in need of a workaround for accessing Microsoft friendly sites that are not always friendly with Chrome. I have tried the IE Cloud extension by Ericom but have found it to be slow and unsecure. I was curious if you have had any further experience with any other solutions in this area? I appreciate any assistance at all! I am not familiar with RDP, but would this be a viable alternative? Thanks!
