I think some IT recruiter themselves does not really know the full scope of the job, so they just ask questions.
I think job applicants need some sort of charisma or have a very good communication skill, which I need to have or need to improve. I need to learn powerful words, meaning that have a “punch” on it. All I need is a few words then the message gets sent thru loud and clear. I network with some lawyers at Linkedin.com to learn some technique in communication, we’ll see.
