New 5 Star Review: "I, a 30-somehing female, recently went alone to Briarwood for a strange noise my car made when it turned. I have often felt vulnerable when going to car shops alone and can sense the "dollar signs" in the eyes of the person behind the desk when I walk in, but I did not get that feeling here. I came in for something relatively simple, but as the job started, more issues were found. Every issue that popped up was clearly explained to me with a "worse case scenario" diagnosis, a "most likely" diagnosis, and a probable timeline of events if I refused to service it today (and yes, some of the items were deemed as unnecessary today - this wasn't a usual sales pitch that I've grown accustomed to). When I must have looked a little confused, I was led back to my car to physically see what was being discussed. This helped me make the decisions that were right for me, based on safety, budget, and time. I was also in the shop for much of the day and got to witness several customer interactions. Every interaction was handled professionally and politely. I talked with the owner who was running the desk about some of the bad reviews I had seen on the internet (okay, just the one I had seen, actually) and he offered up his side to the story and expressed a desire to reply to the online reviews; he definitely sees them. Always remember that about online reviews - they are only one side of the story. From what I witnessed from my hours there, this is an honest, pleasant as possible (come on - who wants to purposely hang out at a car shop all day and spend a fair chunk of change?), averagely-priced business that is dedicated to its customers, doing the job right, and fixing any mistakes they may make. I saw all of these qualities today for myself. Thank you!"
