Thanks to the authors for your amazing work HSMM-Pi, I'm having a lot of fun messing around with 2 nodes trying to get an experimental link going 0.2 in a fairly built up area.
Strange issue, when I tested at close range at home both nodes can see each other but something seems up with the connection, ping seems to pause every now and again and even stop completely for a while. This was with a link quality of 95% + I'm not sure if this is normal?
Both nodes are raspberry PI zero with AWUS036H.
Despite the failing pings I tried the long range test (0.2miles) with 9db panel antennas and get a reported link quality of around 50-60% but was unable to ping either way, SSH, or get any communication going between the two nodes however the mesh is resolving the host names perfectly...
I'm not sure that this is a radio interference issue because of the tests done at close range. Perhaps it's some incompatibility between the cards (both AWUS036H, one was purchased very recently, the other one is very old)
Just wondered if anyone has any thoughts?!
