GNOME has its own paste bin at
               https://paste.gnome.org

It's a Sticky Notes instance (https://github.com/sayakb/sticky-notes) and it is the default paste bin service when you paste a long text on Polari.

Not impressive but a start! Because today, (and yesterday, and I say again and again) without having your own web-services, you can't go for device development. And desktop is pretty much a device!
