Buckwheat Breakfast Bowl

( 2 bowls)
      1 cup buckwheat
      3 cups water
      2 tbsp raisins
      2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
      2 tsp hemp seeds
      1 tsp vanilla powder
      1 tsp cinnamon powder
      A pinch of sea salt
      2 cups plant milk ( nut, rice or oat milk)

Fruits:
 2 kiwis, ½ cup blueberries,  A handful of physialies

Rinse the buckwheat. Now place the buckwheat in a pot add the water, vanilla and a pinch of sea salt. Cook in medium  heat, stirring constantly and before the water is completely gone, add the raisins and the pumpkin seeds. Remove and serve in a bowl with some plant milk, fruits and hemp seeds- Spread some cinnamon powder on the top.
