Bringing back one of my favorite simple drinks, the Sparkling Apple Cocktail. Make it with champagne, sparkling wine, or sparkling water. Easy and elegant.

My guys love when we make this easy Slow Cooker Char Siu Pork. It cooks all day, and the meat falls apart as you shred it. Delicious in lettuce wraps!

My four guys can go through a bowl of these in no time, which is fine with me because this is a delicious and healthy snack. They are also nice for hostess gifts during the holidays.

One of the best parts of the holidays is the seasonal cocktails, and over the next few weeks I'll share some of our favorites. Hot Mulled Wine is always on my list, both for the flavor and the aroma.

I'm a tea addict, and this Hot Cranberry Tea hits the spot on a cold day. Plus it's a lovely tea for holiday entertaining. Low sugar and made with fresh cranberries.

I made the Cranberry, Apple, and Ginger Chutney last night, and it's waiting in the refrigerator for tomorrow. My guys are already making bets that I will forget to serve it, because that happens at least every other year. I hope this is my year to remember it!

Have you ever made something for Thanksgiving then forgot to serve it?

The kids can help make this easy and tasty dinner treat, and you can play with the flavors in the sour cream. Try different herbs, chipotles, or roasted red peppers.

Yes, you can make Cranberry Liqueur at home, and it's easy. Put it in small bottles for hostess gifts, and make a batch for yourself, too.
