Are fitness trackers losing their popularity? Many people have started to put them aside, but don’t! They’re still a great way to track your progress.

NEW YORK (AP) — Deepak Jayasimha's fitness tracker is now with his father-in-law in India, where it sits unused. Annabel Kelly foisted hers off on the kids. Virginia Atkinson took hers off to charge the battery and hasn't picked it up since February.

Gear up for bikini season with this fun push-up that takes a twist on the classic; it's an ideal variation for a strength-training newbie who wants to build their way to a full push-up. This modified one-leg push-up (aka the beach babe push-up)

Very good and New equipment. Friendly staff. The only con/ annoyance is their coupons and promotions have alot of hidden fees and weird wording. It kinda turned me off how they weren't upfront about the price but over all its a good price so I don't know why they market it like they do. It's hands down the best deal in the area.

SERIOUS LIFTERS DO NOT GO HERE. The squat rack is much to tall for anyone under 6 feet tall to get anywhere close to a parallel squat. Also there are NO 2.5lbs plates in the entire gym. But they did let me work out for a week for free.

I've been a member of this gym for several years and have enjoyed it. The staff there is friendly and always willing to assist me if I need it. They have plenty of cardio and weight machines, and other equipment needed for any type of work out you want. I also work w/a personal trainer a couple times a week. Trey is very motivating, but not yell in your face type of person. I never get bored as he never has the same routine when I come in. Always switching it up so I keep progressing.

Staffers at the fitness center itself are friendly and knowledgeable, but corporate customer relations sucks. If you ever have an issue that needs to be escalated above the location level, good luck. Their "so-what, if you don't like it, quit" attitude cost them this customer, not that they care.
