Munro No69 of 282.
First solo Munro in winter conditions.
Early start to maximise daylight and dawn sunshine on the mountains provided an increased sense of anticipation for a great day in the hills.

Summit photos from last two days in The Scottish Borders. Lots of lovely snow.
Both single Marilyn days but both main hills being Grahams.
Another list that "needs" to be done - Scottish hills between 2000' & 2499' with a prominence of 500'.
Since 500' is 152.4m they are also Marilyns, so visit all the Marilyns and you complete the Grahams. Oh and the Corbetts, but that is another list!

Final day in Glen Shiel with Jon Glew also joined by Paul Brewster who we met in Kintail Lodge Hotel trekkers lodge.
Not the best of weather but it has not kept us in completing all Munros on both Glen Shiel ridges making a total of 14 over the 7 walking days including the 4 managed today.
This also more than doubled Paul's total from 3 to 7 meaning if he did that every time he went out he would complete the Munros rather quickly. ;)
Picture shows Coire an Lochain from Bealach Sgùrr an Lochain.

Not a bad couple of weeks mainly in Glen Shiel with a brief stopover on the way in Killin to walk The Ben Lawers Ridge.
23 Munros, 10 Munro Tops, 30 Murdos, 3 Corbetts, 8 Corbett Tops, 1 Graham, 1 Graham Top, 22 Marilyns, 30 HuMPS, 42 Simms.
Not that I am counting.
This is the final day of 12 walking days altogether.
Photographs and basic route info included along with links to other days.
Takes more time to do this than it does to do the walking!!!!!!
Turned out to be the trips final Munro.
Walked on 02/11 the plan was for it to be a leg loosener in preparation for tomorrow on the A'Chralaig group of Munros and Tops but guess the 17.78 miles and 2275m of ascent in 10 hours walked on 31/10 on Sgùrr nan Conbhairean took more out of me than I gave credit.

First day of British Mean Time following clocks going forwards from British Summer Time last night, so an extra hour this morning to make an early start on one of the longer Munro routes up Beinn Fhada from Morvich Camping and Motorhome Club in Morvich.
Unfortunately not only did that hour disappear but so did another one so at 10:30 decided there was not enough daylight hours for a 15 mile route especially as that magic hour that had been gained in the morning was in fact lost at night with sunset being one hour earlier at about 5pm.
So plumped for the fine Corbett of Sgùrr Mhic Bharraich near Shiel Bridge and enjoyed a clear crisp day with fine views towards Knoydart, Isle of Skye and along Loch Duich.
