Hell yeah man, capital gains tax is brutal. I agree wholeheartedly here. I can give my money to the truly needy better than the bloated "gubment" can. I have been on the lower end of the income spectrum so I donate a lot. I don't like to disclose the amount but it's enough so that whatever I can project I'm going to have to pay out I just donate that plus like 30% or so, sometimes more sometimes less, on top. I have to have write off's, I feel so much better knowing that people who desperately need it get it and that it goes to a potentially life saving cause and not some f'n Solyndra multimillion dollar disgraceful insult to the American people. That money, since it literally got thrown in the garbage and the other half got sent to a college for some art project that wasn't worth it's weight in excrement. That wasted money could have been used directly to help people, hell hand it straight to families who truly deserve it. Maybe then people would actually have a positive view of big bloated government. It's shameful and pathetic. These issues could be resolved so fast, they just don't want it resolved the problem, if they did there wouldn't be any need for them. Which probably wouldn't be that bad.
