The staff down at Tri-State were extremely patient and not pushy like you see with so many other dealerships. They let me take the time to make my own decision without the constant haggle. I had a pleasant experience with Tri-State.

So upset today! I never post this type of thing but my blood is boiling!! Had the worst service given today ever. Was OVERCHARGED at least $150 for a job and the service manager basically said that he is a professional and we know nothing. I am more then happy to pay for a repair but we should be kept in the loop, real quotes should be given and promised timelines for finishing a job should be met. Well Mr. Manager I know that opening up a hood shouldn't cost me $500! I know that cutting wires and calling people after the fact to say that you now can't safely drive the car and it will be a cool $500 to get it fixed to drive is basically leaving us no option. I also know that when bringing this issue to the service managers attention and are told our option is to wait a 3rd day to pick it up since the person who handled our order was out that day, and he can't speak for him is ludicrous. Isn't that the entire point of a service MANAGER. It means you answer for your people and that the customer isn't further inconvenienced because it happens to be that persons day off. An hour to diagnosis that the hood doesn't open then 2 more hours to change out the latch and wire. A job you told me clearly takes an hour and a half. So the parts cost less then $150 and the labor is over $350! The car is almost 10 years old and maybe worth $3000 on it's best day and you think fixing the hood latch should 1/6 the total value of the car? Saying to us "well you could have towed the car out to somewhere else" isn't addressing the mishandling of your employee. You don't cut something you don't know if you have in stock to replace, and that you don't have permission to fix yet based on having not discussed cost with the customer. I bought the car through you to help support local business and I can honestly say while we are shopping around for a new car we will never buy from you again because of the way we were treated in your service department. The manager was condescending and rude, he simply couldn't understand why we would be upset about paying this bill. I will be sure to inform every person I know looking or needed service to avoid your business like the plague. If I could give you 0 stars I would!

I used the online contact form to contact the dealership. I received an e-mail and phone call to set up an appointment - nothing "pushy" and not 30 repeated call attempts. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and informative. They helped me narrow down my choices and worked with me to find a price I was comfortable with. It was an easy transaction and I would absolutely work with them again. Nice guys!

We chooses to came to this place because of a Toyota courtesy diagnose free coupon and after verification from a service manager that they will honor the coupon after our car got towed in their place. After several conversation over the phone from a service crew and service manager I was told that they cannot do anything to get our car start the engine running and diagnose the problem without the original key since we lost the original key and only have an after the market duplicate key which they have in their hand.I said since the car has a car remote starter maybe they could find an original key where it was hide, and they said there will be no key hide and installed on the type of the car starter,so I said then we will have to come up and pick up the car.But when we arrived we use the car auto starter/clicker and had the car engine start running,so we asked to the mechanic if he can diagnose why the car suddenly die and he answered; that is the diagnosed you only need to have a key to start an engine running while he quickly stepping out from the car and us, so my husband and I asking each other if this guy just kidding. We then went to front desk that we will be taken back the car and was told by the service manager if we can wait 30-45 minutes because the designated mechanic of our car just step out for lunch break, and our car seats black stains be clean(we thought from the mechanic dirty pants). Anyhow after 40 minutes the same mechanic we have speak arrived and have conversation with the service manager, then to our surprise we were handed with $135.00 plus tax bill receipt for a car diagnose. I asked the manager nicely what diagnose are they talking about? there were no diagnose we received except from a word that you need an original key to start the engine and to be able to diagnose the car, besides I was told by you(the manager) the diagnosed is free from the coupon. The manager quickly invited me and my husband inside the office since he noticed I am getting upset, then he told us we have to understand that they need to make money somehow. Really? Beware guys.
