No idea if upvotes will help, but if you have sympathy feel free to do so. Or any advice is welcomed as well!

When you don't know what to search for it's somewhat difficult to find current Chromium OS builds. Hexxeh's builds seem to be at the top of everything I searched for a while until I finally found this:

http://build.chromium.org/p/chromiumos/waterfall

But now I'm having difficulty getting any of them to boot on Qemu, even though they supposedly pass the VM test. Anybody have a known working build? Bonus if there are specific boot instructions for Qemu or Libvirt.

Personally, I thought the battle over Linux legitimacy in the enterprise was won long ago. But for those still doubting, Microsoft now relies on Linux too.

Does anybody know if calls made over Wifi are encrypted to Google's servers? I kind of doubt it, but it would be nice to find out my suspicion is wrong. (Note: I'm talking about when connecting manually, not when using the automated wi-fi assistant with public hotspots.)

I wanted to post the link to this xda forum post with short codes enabling switching to a particular network. The hope is that with the right information you can troubleshoot problems yourself. If you're not having difficulties connecting to the Fi network, this probably isn't worth reading. However, I spent about 5 weeks calling Google probably a dozen times with all kinds of misguidance due to what seemed to be lack of technical skill from the tier 1 support people (both phone and email). I still have an open ticket on the problem, but in my case I was unable to connect using T-mobile but everything worked fine over Sprint. Not sure if I'll ever get it completely fixed or hear back... but had I known about these codes from the start I am confident I could have deduced the problem within days.

As an Android user, I found using Safari briefly yesterday difficult with navigating to the previous page. Wish I had known this tip. (I'm glad I don't have to ever get used to not having multiple action buttons, especially back, readily available.)

I didn't expect upon joining Project Fi, the thing that would stick out the most after the first day would be the billing. In typical Google-like fashion, the bill is simple and clear, yet detailed. The included Project Fi app is a pleasure to use and makes keeping track of bandwidth and account details so easy. Looking forward to testing voice handover from wifi and the increased signal coverage of Sprint's towers (previously a T-mobile customer).

Don't have the expertise to know how accurate this is, but it does sound reasonable. I think I'll start doing planks instead of sit-ups from now on at least.
