OK, have you got started on those New Years resolutions yet? Well be sure to begin your exercise program slowly and don't over do it to begin with. Most of us want to get into shape and probably lose some weight and that's a great goal, but it takes time. So please just slow down and enjoy the process. If you injury yourself  by doing too much too soon you usually lose the motivation and excitement and until you get over the injury you won't  be able to get on with your resolution. Poor form when lifting weights causes many injuries and poor posture while exercising causes many more injuries, so be proactive and be sure to always watch your posture no matter what type of activity you are doing.
EVERY JOURNEY BEGINS WITH A STEP, be intentional and work smartly towards your goals.

Great, I could sure more friends to share with, thanks.
Welcome to Share 2 of the RallyWays Automotive Ball circle sponsored by +RallyWays. The first edition was a success and most of the folks involved loved the idea. I've updated the circle and added all the re-sharers and commenters from last week's circle. I even checked the comments and shares of those who shared to make sure your followers could get in as well.

I also added new commenters to this week's car posts as well as those on +RallyWays  to encourage people to comment.

Still, the circle is quite small and easily manageable. I'm also not taking anybody out, yet. I'd like to allow some time for those of you who are a little hesitant to circle share and encourage you to give it a try.

This is a circle of people I hand-picked carefully from active Google+ users that have recently commented on one or more of my automotive posts. Most of the folks in this circle are car enthusiasts or have some kind of affinity for cars.

I have carefully selected them to be in this circle in order to group together people that are actively plussing, commenting and sharing posts about cars. The RallyWays Automotive Ball circle is basically a niche circle you can use to connect with active car enthusiasts on Google Plus.

I'd like to keep this circle growing. Here's what I would like you to please do in order to stay in the circle and get more car enthusiasts to join:

*************************

5 Simple Steps

1. +1 this post.
2. Comment on this post.
3. Add the circle to your circles.
4. Share this post.
5. Pick 2 people from the circle to visit their profile and +1 a few of their posts.

*************************

While you can recommend this circle to anybody, I strongly suggest you recommend it to other car people that you know.

There are a few things this circle can do. First, it will help you connect with other car enthusiasts on G+. Secondly, it can help you increase your follower-base. Thirdly and more importantly, it can help increase the engagement on your profile from other car enthusiasts.

If you are new to shared circles.

It's easy. Just follow the above 5 steps and that's really all there is too it. I do recommend that when you share the circle you at least write a short post as to why you are sharing. Something like, "I'm sharing the RallyWays Automotive Ball because it's full of car enthusiasts." Or maybe something like, "I'm recommending this circle to all of you because it's active car people on G+." Whatever, just get creative. It's so much better if you actually recommend it rather than a simple reshare. But in the end it's up to you.

Our goal is to align ourselves with your health  care goals and to come along side you in supporting you which is usually to get patients back to a pain free life and a more natural posture for the long-term health of their bones and joints. I believe our Medical System has overlooked the Chiropractic profession because they don't want to lose a potential customer to the maintenance drug model.

My focus is on the spine and encouraging optimal posture. My job is to adjust the the individual bones of the spine (vertebrae) to keep these joint moving properly. When these vertebrae don't move correctly inflammatory chemicals accumulate around the spinal joints creating pain and dysfunction of the nerves in the surrounding tissues.
Adjusting the vertebrae I can do, BUT we are responsible for our day to day posture and how we use our bodies during work, which determines the long- term health of the spine, disc and the surrounding nerves that exit near the joints of the spine
If anyone needs my help with posture analysis, please call the office at 850-7766. There is NO CHARGE for the consultation .
