Sitting here now and just got my APPETIZER after 15 minutes. I ordered a margarita same time I ordered my water and it came out maybe 5 minutes ago. The restaurant is not busy whatsoever. They clearly lack any perception of time. Baby octopus lacks taste. No one came to check on me. Won't finish, ask for check. I am a loyal patron of H2O. Had an off night, nothing big, still faithful as ever. Came here afterwards and even with telling my hostess that I had a blase experience, wishing they would maybe soften the blow. She said hopefully they'll do me better. How wrong were we both. I passed by here so many times on my way to H2O with curious thought. Glad I know not to waste time here now. Will not return.

Went to the grand opening today. Great location, sufficient parking, place is laid out okay, I felt like I could totally comeback. However upon walking in, I was greeted with a huge wave of "welcome to PDQ!" Might have been okay if it were the cashier who said it once I got up there. That was just overkill fwiw. Perhaps they were training people in, but there was a ton of people behind the counter. There was more noise coming from back there than in the dining area. I went to sit down and throughout my meal, 4 different people came up to ask if I was okay or if I needed anything. This is a fast food place, not some great sit down place. That felt a little invasive. One is fine, but 4 ? I was actually a little upset at that. I like to eat in peace. The food was not up to par. it was bland imo. They have the showmanship, yes, but that's not all what a restaurant is about. The grand opening was not what I thought it'd be. Instead of a -for lack of a better word-'festive' day for a restaurant that was opening with the intentions to draw business in, I felt it was more a busy day sprinkled with a handful of new employees. Though I do have to add, they were all welcoming and cheerful. Which is ALWAYS important. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, it's a new place and no one is perfect on their first day. But they're really going to have to improve if they have aspirations to maintain a good restaurant.

The hotel itself is great. Front staff, wonderful. Its been remodeled so it's not your run of the mill motel 6. However this review is for one particular incident which is enough to leave one star. I came down with a head cold during my stay. The housekeeper asked if I needed services and I said no. I decided that I should have the sheets changed and the room cleaned of any germs I had slept in the previous night so I sought out the same lady and asked if she could come clean my room. She was EXTREMELY rude and yelled, "why do you do this to me?! I asked you already !" I was appalled and said alright, nevermind. She said she was coming. I returned to my room and went to sleep while waiting. She knocked on the door and barged in. She seen I had jumped up from the bed to get out of her way. She scoffed and exclaimed, "you sleeping!," proceeded to turn around and leave. I was so confused and frustrated, unsure if she was going to return so I went back to sleep. She knocked and barged In once again, forcing me to get out of the room. I went back in after a few moments and sat at the table. She continued to clean in tense silence. What an extremely horrid experience. I will complain to the front desk during checkout. People who cannot be in hospitality shouldn't be. Plain and simple.

This place has everything a bar should. Darts, pool, skeeball. I love this place. People shouldn't be so rowdy and there won't be problems with the bouncers. This is a great place.

The food isn't something I'd pick amongst the other choices in the area. The shrimp Alfredo has only 5 shrimp. They were tough chews too. The waitress was determined to keep me satisfied, so all her points remain intact. Just, the cook has a few more things to learn. They were out of pinot noir which isn't good for a substantial bar. But again, she was good to me and offered merlot with similar characteristics. Overall, it wasn't horrible. But being a bar and restaurant, they have some things to review.
