This is the last week to bring cans for the Can-A-Thon. They have to be turned in Friday, so if you want to donate be sure to get yours here. All food donated in our area stays in our area. Please help out a family less fortunate than yourself!!

We recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from Heritage Honda and had the BEST Experience. Our original sales person was Mike Shugart. He was so genuinely helpful over the phone and sincere so we had to see what he had. When we arrived he was busy and had another salesman help us. I'm afraid I cant recall this sales persons name but he was just as welcoming. Anyway mike did come out to say Hi and basically told us we were in capable hands and if we needed anything just to let him know. It was refreshing to see that this was not a competition between the sales men but they truely wanted to help us the customer. I will definately recommmend this dealership to anyone. It is family owned and you can tell that they are all family to each other and the customers. What a great experience! We have a small business ourselves and feel that customer service is extremely important. This dealership and salesmen were welcoming, honest, and personal. In the future if we needed another car, I would not hesitate to come back to Heritage!

I recently bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue from Heritage. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my vehicle, as well as my overall experience during the buying process. Everyone on staff was polite and friendly, which made me feel very comfortable. I have to say Daryl Watts was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He not only treated me with respect and helped steer me in the right direction, but he also partnered with George Barron to get me exactly what I wanted. I have used other dealers in the past, but I can assure you I will only deal with Heritage for my Nissan needs from now on

The finance department is ridiculous. I went in to purchase a vehicle and told the salesman that the only way I would purchase the vehicle was if I received 0% financing with Nissan. The finance department sent a credit inquiry to over 15 Banks. They tried to tell us that we could get a couple of different rates with a few banks and kept saying they were not sure if Nissan would do it. Well Nissan did it, They were just trying to make money on the financing. I will nevr go back here. The salesman was OK.

My husband and I just bought a Nissan Cube from Heritage Nissan. Darryl Elder was our "new car guide" we were very impressed by the knowledge this man has on all of the vehicles they have in stock. The process was time consuming, but most things worth waiting for are. Everyone at Heritage was very courtious, if they passed you they asked how you were doing. Darryl made sure we felt at ease while we waited for them to get us the best possible deal, and we feel that they did just that. We intend to tell others about our experience at Heritage and suggest they go there for their next car purchase. Thank you all so much for putting us first at Heritage Nissan.

I went to wash my new car at the free car was at heritage nissan and an employ shut the machine off while i was in the wash.my car still had soap on it and the employ said i had wahed my new 2013 honda to many times and made me leave with soap on my car.i had to wash my car 2 times cause i had been out of town and it was very dirty.i was told i could wash my car as much as i need to considering me and my 2 daughters baught all new cars.yes thats over 100k we spent on cars and i couldn't even finish washing my car.i will never refer anyone to buy a car from heritage group again.i am very upset with the way this was handled and now i have soap stains on my car.i guess customers dont come first.

Excellent experience. I took my parents in to look at a Nissan Juke towards the middle/end of May. My mother was obstinate about buying a new (or newer) vehicle but we were able to find a 2012 Juke in the color and trim that she liked. Daryl Watts was her salesman and he was EXCELLENT. No pressure, no gimmicks and he stayed late to make sure everything worked out. When I say my mother was obstinate, I mean I had to force her to stick around to see what kind of a deal they would give her. She traded in 2 vehicles and she was given trade-in values that were extremely fair. The price on the Juke was already great so she walked away with something that made her happy, a rarity these days. Weeks later, she is raving about how much she loves the Juke and has told numerous people about DW and Heritage. As I live 600 miles away, it's nice to not have to worry about her car giving her trouble and I don't have to listen to buyers remorse every time we talk on the phone (every night it seems). Great experience with these guys...as a family, we've bought 4 vehicles from Heritage over the past 10 years. That will continue as long as there are folks like DW and George there.

Only gave 1 star because there were no 0's or less. I've read the other reviews and just wonder if you know what kind of " deal " you really received from these rude VERY unprofessional used car sells people. I dare call them professional at all. From the so call sell man to the finance " manager " with 33 years in the business. You think he would have learned SOMETHING in all that time in dealing with people. Visited dealer 4 times in deciding on a car. We do ouR research. Test drove a 2014 Rogue. Decided to buy. The numbers were acceptable. It came down to the paper work time. We wanted and knew we could get better APR than the 2.9% they were offering. " Salesman " did the old " let me talk to my " manager " thing. They obviously can't make a decision on their on. When he came back, he start saying that the transmission is going out in out trade....... WHAT ? I asked how did he determine that ? He said his " manager " drove it and said so. I said, let's go for a drive together and show me. The " manager " who has 33 yrs. in the business drove it with me and said it was not shifting !!! As we drove, it shifted just fine. I asked this " professional " what are you talking about ?!!! We drove up and down the street, stopped, reverse, back down the street, I kept asking, what is wrong with the transmission, it's working perfectly ? Of course he had nothing to say. When we got back we asked the "salesman" about better financing again". He insisted we take the deal because it was a great deal. We said we know we can get better APR, because they shopped banks at Town Center Nissan. He opened his file drawer, stuck the paper work inside and said GO TO TOWN CENTER AND GET YOUR DEAL . WHAT?!!! are you kidding me ! We didn't like his high pressure saleman ship anyway and told him he just lost a sale. This guy is a psycho !! The " manager" ask us to come in his office. We continued with the deal. He found us the 1.89% interest we wanted. Thank you very much. By this time it is about 7:30 pm and we were still a little shook up from the psycho sale man. He said there was no one there to detail / prep the car. That was ok, we would pick it up in the morning and we wanted to digest and think about what all went on tonight. I had said " Business's at one time treated the customer like the customer is always right ". This " manager " stood up and yelled. I'VE BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS FOR 33 YEARS AND THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT ! WHAT ??!!!!!! This so called " professional " who knows NOTHING about transmissions, YELLED at us just like the " saleman" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 61 years old . What are you yelling at me for ? What little respect I had for this " manager " and that was only because ( at our insistence) he found a better APR, just flew out the window !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OF COURSE ALONG WITH THE SALE !!!! There is more to this event when I called the owners son the next day. TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE. WE TOOK THEIR ADVICE AND WENT TO TOWN CENTER NISSAN AND BOUGHT A 2014 NISSAN ROGUE. *****BEWARE OF HERITAGE NISSAN ROME GEORGIA*****
