5/19 Placed an order online. Got confirmation mail with shipping date. Got a phone call confirming that I had placed the order, including an assurance that there were still plenty in stock. Sale continued for several more days. Several days later after no correspondence, I contacted them. They had cancelled my order (because "they sold out") and claimed to have sent an email, although I have searched every email on that account and the junk mail with no results. I'm in the process of contacting customer relations to see if they can help me get to a solution, but I'm a bit upset at where I am sitting currently. 5/20 Spoke with Customer Relations this morning. They're looking into it. I'm upgrading 1 star because at least I got a response beyond the initial line person. I'll keep updating as I get closer to a resolution. 5/20 One hour later -- Heard back from Customer Relations. They're going to find me the part either from their warehouse or at a store and they're going to honor the price. That's good news. I'm upgrading to 3 stars and as soon as my part arrives, I'll upgrade to 5 stars because that, my friends, will be excellent customer service and working with a customer to overcome a barrier. 6/2 -- Product arrived yesterday. Looks to be all in one piece and they honored the price they quoted. I'm a happy camper.
