Uhg, I hate this crap. I'm a 12 year student of martial arts and have explored a lot. I hate how the movies and books out there have created so many people like this guy.
Chi or Qi literally means breath, air or gas in Chinese. So styles that focus on increasing your chi are designed for increasing breathing capacity and maximizing blood flow which provides all the health benefits that focused breathing offers. None of this combative superpower crap that this guy is spewing. Tai Chi is a great system to study, it's and effective martial system and great for you medicinally as well, but not to become a super sayin.
