Planned a family get together for the newly graduated Doctor in the family. Reservations went well but upon being here more than once before the food became subpar this visit. Not many of the 16 party members spoke of this being outstanding. When one of the family complained to the server that she just didn't like her meal (was willing to pay for it, just wanted it off the table) one of the co owners Dean immediately came over and started becoming irate that it was a top meal for them and she should just eat it and enjoy. When we started approaching him to find out why he publicly tried to shame her he became very verbal where other guests could hear. I don't quite know what happened in all of the fluff but Willy Walked in and we explained what happened to him, he was concerned as to the level things escalated so quickly and the server made it clear we did nothing wrong. The place is alright but as with most new places to dine in town Pitch reminds me of a fad restaurant. (Oh, and bring your ear plugs, you will have a hard time hearing the person next to you)

Did not like. 'twas OK at best. Not worth the parking and walking in the cold, and then the waiting.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Omaha. The wait is DREADFUL if you try going on a weekend (prepare to wait 2 hours+), but that is only an indication of how popular it is. Anyways, the amount of service staff seems to be adequate as we were never left wondering where our waitress was despite how packed it was. Prices are a little high but not unreasonable. The pizza though, is absolutely delicious. I have also tried the brussels sprouts and meatballs, both of which (especially the meatballs) were incredible. I wish they had a bigger place because I'd go there a lot more, but in the worst case head over to one of the many wonderful Dundee bars and get to drinking while you wait.

I have been there 2 times now I really ordered the wrong thing the first time But I tried it again and really enjoyed It. Its normally a little crowded for my taste but its a popular spot. Really liked the Pepperoni!!! Fun place for date Night

Their wood-coal oven is just like the way I first learned to cook! The wild mushroom pizza is THE only time I have EVER loved mushrooms pizza or ANYTHING I haven't made personally. I used to be a chef professionally & never trust fungi I haven't gathered myself...except for their chef now! The cocktails are reasonably priced & there are some GREAT combinations that change slightly with the seasons. Like the rest of the menu. Pretty good on the whole sustainable & local produce line from what I hear too. Just a FANTABULOUS place!

Just curious when it became so hard to get a simple peperroni pizza made well without having to lean on embellishments that have no business being on a pizza. Alfredo, artichokes, asparagus etc have no business being on a pizza. They belong in pasta for crying out loud. Im basing my stars on taste though and nothing else. Price was a little high but the ambience and service was spectacular. Ordering for me was akin to ordering from a Korean phone book; it simply made no sense. I was in a party and i had numerous pies to steal a piece from. All in all, didn't find a one i liked. Very disappointing.

For my pizza, the very best I could say is just "okay". The toppings were good with the exception of the onions which were very limp, oily, and bland for the additional $2 charge (for onions!). The crust on the bottom was so soggy and tasteless it was like eating very wet cardboard. The peripheral crust was quite hard and also not appealing to eat. I literally just ate the the topping off of the pizza and left the sopping wet blob of "crust" in an ugly, messy mound. The interior of the restaurant is well done. The service was good. I would never order pizza there again.
