Centuries of Caribbean history resonate throughout this nearly 3-acre estate. Dating back to the 1600s, the beauty, seclusion and unique stone structures that comprise Fortuna Mill have inspired the likes of one-time owner and Pulitzer prize-winning writer, John Patrick.

The main residence offers a 360-degree Caribbean view. Just down the path is an ancient sugar mill where echoes of history blend with elegant and contemporary comforts. Lush landscaping, bougainvillea-lined pathways and a large pool area complement this EIGHT bedroom SEVEN bathroom estate.

Listed at $2,250,000. We'd love your feedback on our video and this estate!

Flashback Time! Check out this great picture of the St. Thomas Yacht Club. I wonder how the rest of the island looked before it was developed?!

Investment Property or Vacation Rental? The numbers are there as an investment property, but what an awesome place to stay! Here's an idea... continue using this as a short-term rental property and then take advantage of it when it's not occupied. I guess you can have your cake and eat it too!

Does anyone know what effect duplicate pages can have on your overall SEO campaign?

We are fighting a battle with Google and our listing results pages but cannot seem to figure out if it is due to our search result pages or if it has more to do with our url structure.

Here is one example of the high number of Google search results showing up for result pages.

site:seaglassproperties.com/properties

When we search a direct listing address such as 7-4 Peter Bay, we show up #1 which I would view as Google giving our site a higher domain authority than our competition. I use this example because it is a listing from the Multiple Listing Service that is not listed for sale by our company.

I cannot figure out for the life of me whether or not we are being penalized for the duplicate search results or if it is something else in the URL structure or overall code. Any help is appreciated!!!!

Dave! We got everything worked out. Thanks for the great advice and your support. Onward and upward with our SEO efforts.
