Thank you for taking the time to write about your experiences here at Larsmont Cottages, and thank you for your several stays. I apologize that it has taken awhile for anyone to respond to your concerns about our resort. I am very sorry to hear that your experience has been less than you would have expected. You may find it helpful to know that we just replaced all of our mattresses throughout the property last year, so we now have very nice, new, and comfortable beds. You may also like to know that there are plans in the works to update our other furniture in the near future, which will be sure to improve your comfort during your stay. With regards to towels and cleaning supplies, we are always more than happy to supply all of our guests with whatever supplies they may need during their stay. If you chose to stay with us in the future again (we sure hope you do), please do not hesitate to give the Front Desk a call during business hours to request additional towels or any cleaning supplies you need.
