The dining room was pretty empty the day we went, it seems that most of the business is take-out. We got a medium Stanley Supreme and it came loaded with meats, so no complaints about quantity or quality of toppings. The pizza was good, but not exceptional. They bill themselves as "thin crust" but really it's a cracker-like crust, not what I normally expect for traditional thin crust. Service was good the day we went, but as I said the place was pretty empty. Ambiance was somewhat lacking, with plain laminate tables and 3 tvs on display. It looks like a good place to go with kids. They have a kids menu, and they sell beer, and prices are pretty reasonable. My only complaint was the "hot wings" didn't taste like they had been anywhere near any kind of hot sauce, though they were juicy, flavorful and well cooked. Might eat there again, but wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Our favorite pizza place in KC. Its not designer pizza like Spin or California Pizza Kitchen, but its awesome, thin crust crispy pizza every time. Not chewy dough mass of dough like some other places. This is our 'GoTo' pizza place. Oh - its a little bit 'dive-y' but who cares...its great 'Za.

It was just okay. Don't need to go again. Works good for a neighborhood pizza place but not something I would drive a long distance for.

I was in on Halloween...something was going on and the kitchen was very an hour past my expected time slow. Several other customers who were waiting got a bit nasty, (completely unnecessary), cancelled their orders, (which I can understand), and left. I know that thngs like this can occur in the food industry and was not nasty or belligerent, as a few were. The owner, who was the new owner of the restaurant, passed out free drinks to those waiting and did what he needed to do to hurry things along. He then comped my pizzas, (which were awesome), and apologized for the delay. His customer service, apology and dealing with the problems were second to none and I will be returning. The pizza has always been great!

The pizza was good but there were several things I was not impressed with. I came here for the first time because of a coupon I purchased off of an online coupon site. I asked before I ordered if I could get the special still since I had a 20 dollar coupon that I purchased online for 10 dollars. I knew I could not use it with other coupons but it said nothing about the specials. When I asked the waitress, she stated that I could still get the specials. I ordered the special and went to pay, at which time both the owner and the waitress said I could not use both. After the waitress tried getting me to pay full price and I told her I disagreed, she got the owner who pushed the receipt back to me and again tried to get me to pay the full amount. After a few minutes of me trying to tell him that I didn't feel it was right making me pay full price when the waitress told me I would not have to, he decided to allow me to have the special price. At no time did I get an apology or a thank you for my business. The waitress did not seem personable during my experience there as well. I do not think I will be back after all the trouble I had.
