Tamara Lindsay, co-chair of the New Orleans Bar Association's construction law committee, recently presented "Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance for Construction Projects," to members of the New Orleans Bar Association.  This hour-long CLE presentation provided a broad overview of the requirements of the ADA for completed and ongoing construction projects as well as discussion concerning recent jurisprudence on potential architect and contractor liability for violations of the ADA.
