Two visits- hated it. We own a 2012 Tahoe Hybrid. Took it in for service on October 3,2014. Had a strange whistling sound when accelerating. It was determined that the aftermarket air filter the previous owner put in was causing this. Seemed to be a sketchy explanation at the time but I went with it. Thirty five dollars spent on the new air filter. Took the vehicle back on April 24, 2015- still whistling on acceleration. Now they are telling me I need a new exhaust to the tune of $975.00. Seems to me they owe me the $35.00 for the air filter. They kept the truck the whole day- never diagnosed or repaired the 3rd row seat they were asked to do. I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty, and they spent more time picking it apart. The seat may or may not be covered depending on what is wrong with it. This is a ridiculous statement. This should be covered by my warranty. Needless to say- even the vehicle's drive train simply just fails, I will not go back to Lannan. Nick Apostolos

(Service) Well, I have been a customer of Lannan Chevy for many years for both service and sales and have yet to have a bad experience, I really want to thank everyone at Lannan's service department for all the years of quality workmanship, you take great pride in your work which today is hard to find. Also thanks to Joe Ascolese for always getting me in as quick as he can every time to get me back on the road. Thanks; Steve & Michelle Marulli (Sales) What can I say....I was at Lannan just under a year ago to purchase a new 2014 Traverse for my wife and just purchased a 2015 Colorado for myself on Saturday, Jan. 24th from Mike & Zach and I definitely will continue to do business with them for many years to come. Zach, your one of a kind!!! your attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond expectation impresses me & my family more and more with every purchase!!! Thank you for servicing my Car yesterday, Feb. 11th, 2014 - I had a “squeeze-in” appointment, and dropped it off at 8:30am. Initially ~ I was a bit disappointed by the Check-in process, which was Not very Smooth at all, and I felt as Though the customers could have more attention. (Additionally, an earlier Phone call the Day before regarding my Repairs with Bob Fahey was a Little unfriendly, I thought.) However, after you folks diagnosed the Issue [Left Rear “Speed sensor”,] and were able to Fix it on a Very busy day, I was treated like Gold by Mike in the Service department, and he Really went the Extra mile in all that he Did. In fact, I happily waited while he Painstakingly spent Lots of time (and Sanity) in Efforts to reunite a Fellow customer (who was Stranded at a Malden ‘T’ station) with your Shuttle Driver. He is truly a gem, and was able to get me a little discount on the Repairs also. [Mr. Fahey: you could Learn something about Customer service from Mike ~ who I’ll now call: “Extra-mile Mike”!] All in all – I will be recommending Lannan to my Fellow Chevy owners ...

These guys are very shady Buy your cars somewhere else they never do what they say they are going to do. and will shaft you to save a buck. Took my car to 3 different mechanics that identified the problem, when returned to Lannan they deemed the problem not to exist.

I've had several experiences with Lannan. I bought a Traverse back in 2009 and a new Traverse in May 2013. I had an issue, water pump failed, with the 2009 before the warranty expired but was out of town. The vehicle was fixed by another dealer but Lannan gave me 3 coupons for future free oil changes due to my issue. After the warranty expired I had another issue, power steering system failed, with the 2009 but Lannan and Chevrolet helped with the cost giving me a significant discount. Lannan has always been understanding and helpful with service issues. I also had a great experience with the purchase on both vehicles. The sales rep helped explain all the bells and whistles and when I returned several days later with how to questions he was thrilled to help.
