I've taken my car to Lannan twice now and have been impressed with the quality of service. They are transparent around what work they are planning to perform and estimated costs. The second time I came in without a scheduled appointment and they were able to help me out same day despite having a lot of appointments. Their courtesy shuttle service makes it very easy to drop my car off for service and not have to take time off work. I'll be coming back to them whenever I need help with my car.

Two visits- hated it. We own a 2012 Tahoe Hybrid. Took it in for service on October 3,2014. Had a strange whistling sound when accelerating. It was determined that the aftermarket air filter the previous owner put in was causing this. Seemed to be a sketchy explanation at the time but I went with it. Thirty five dollars spent on the new air filter. Took the vehicle back on April 24, 2015- still whistling on acceleration. Now they are telling me I need a new exhaust to the tune of $975.00. Seems to me they owe me the $35.00 for the air filter. They kept the truck the whole day- never diagnosed or repaired the 3rd row seat they were asked to do. I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty, and they spent more time picking it apart. The seat may or may not be covered depending on what is wrong with it. This is a ridiculous statement. This should be covered by my warranty. Needless to say- even the vehicle's drive train simply just fails, I will not go back to Lannan. Nick Apostolos

(Service) Well, I have been a customer of Lannan Chevy for many years for both service and sales and have yet to have a bad experience, I really want to thank everyone at Lannan's service department for all the years of quality workmanship, you take great pride in your work which today is hard to find. Also thanks to Joe Ascolese for always getting me in as quick as he can every time to get me back on the road. Thanks; Steve & Michelle Marulli (Sales) What can I say....I was at Lannan just under a year ago to purchase a new 2014 Traverse for my wife and just purchased a 2015 Colorado for myself on Saturday, Jan. 24th from Mike & Zach and I definitely will continue to do business with them for many years to come. Zach, your one of a kind!!! your attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond expectation impresses me & my family more and more with every purchase!!! Terrible service pretty much sums it up. We bought a car a few years ago here and was not impressed, so we weren't excited to go back. However, after much research, they had the car in stock we wanted. Until we got there, and it "just got sold". We were on a time crunch and were happy to go elsewhere but were promised it was no problem for them to get a car from another dealer. So we bought the car we wanted, left the deposit and expected to receive it in 2 days. The following day, I followed up to confirm the pick up time, only to receive a short email stating that they couldn't get the car. Over the next 2 days I emailed a few times, and emailed Greg the manager as well just asking for a call so we could discuss any available options. I NEVER received a call from either Steve or Greg which was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I received a few short emails and texts only after I continued to follow up over those 2 days. I completely understand that things go wrong and issues come up. The problem was that no one cared to speak to me and apologize or give us any options. Eventually I just asked for a refund and when I called to process it the phone was answered with "hi, can I just have your card number". Just appalling. I can't believe how absolutely terrible the service is at this dealership. I am shocked that after several emails the manager never had the courtesy to call me to discuss the situation. We would have been very open to flexibility in timing or options had someone bothered to call us to figure it out. Instead we drove to NH and got the car we wanted a few days later, but not without a lot of stress and interrupting my 5 year old's birthday weekend needlessly. There are many dealerships out there - I would stay clear of this one if you care at all about how you will be treated. Absolutely terrible.

These guys are very shady Buy your cars somewhere else they never do what they say they are going to do. and will shaft you to save a buck. Took my car to 3 different mechanics that identified the problem, when returned to Lannan they deemed the problem not to exist.
