Fall Announcements for Dragon Mountain

Starts this Tuesday and there are 3 spots still open! Class is right in Wayland Square in Providence. Over the course of 4 weeks, I will walk you through the 4 paths of meditation, let you try different styles and techniques while explaining methods and ways to add meditation to your life. This workshop is fun, relaxed and over the past three years that I have taught it - proven to be one that people often come back to take again (oh yeah...and did I mention the part about hypnotizing the class??)

First sparring session of spring 2014. 1/2 hour straight sparring. No one puked, but both of us could barely stand at the end. What a difference between indoor and outdoor practice.
