Perfect spot for warm weather, alcohol and great food with just enough variety to keep it from being one dimensional. They even have corn hole and washers out back coupled with shade trees and a view of the green belt. The entire downstairs is open air with garage style doors to allow for breezes and the upstairs features shade screens that can be pulled up and allow for great views.

Great hangout place for dinner and drinks. Washers and lots of seating outside, darts and shuffleboard inside and several couch booths for watching the game. Great beer selection. Food is good too! They have a cool AirStream trailer you can rent for parties.

I don't really go for long and novel-like reviews, so here is the skinny on Red's... Austin is hot a lot. I grew up in Texas and there are about 3 months out of every year that still impress me. These are the times for Red's Porch. The deck is raised to a 1.5 story height and allows for an awesome breeze at nearly all times. The bar has a great beer selection (for snobs and civilians alike) and a great bartender for those looking for a mixed option. The food is southern comfort - so don;t come looking for anything overly complicated. If you are looking for something southern fried or some nachos you will leave happy. Oh - the Parking can be...challenging. The spaces are tiny and take a lot of effort to get in and out of without damaging your car. All in all - DEFINITELY worth checking out!

Good selection of food and beer but the parking is a nightmare. If you're meeting a group there don't count on people being able to get there on time bc they will be hunting for parking for a long time if you go anytime that is common, ie lunch or dinner.

This place has a great view of part of Austins greenbelt from the second floor and its very nice and relaxing. The lunch specials are good and the prices are not bad. They have daily beer specials so ask about them!

Great restaurant and bar in south austin. It gets packed after work. Good beer selection and plenty to choose from on the menu. Huge upstairs seating that will often times have a wait. Several areas to sit outside and downstairs as well.

Awesome margaritas, good Texas beers and great food. The cheddar biscuits with bacon gravy is insanely good. The fried pickles are perfect. And the best part is how dog friendly they are.

Pretty good spot with great views of the greenbelt. Come during happy hour or check the daily specials. They also have trivia, shuffle board, TVs, and bar games.
