I don't really go for long and novel-like reviews, so here is the skinny on Red's... Austin is hot a lot. I grew up in Texas and there are about 3 months out of every year that still impress me. These are the times for Red's Porch. The deck is raised to a 1.5 story height and allows for an awesome breeze at nearly all times. The bar has a great beer selection (for snobs and civilians alike) and a great bartender for those looking for a mixed option. The food is southern comfort - so don;t come looking for anything overly complicated. If you are looking for something southern fried or some nachos you will leave happy. Oh - the Parking can be...challenging. The spaces are tiny and take a lot of effort to get in and out of without damaging your car. All in all - DEFINITELY worth checking out!

Great views and good selection of beer. The food was okay but the view is what will bring me back again.

Great burgers, really wonderful spinach salad. This is my stomping grounds for weekly trivia, and the staff are always super friendly.

Wow! The food is amazing! The portions are huge! I recommend sitting on the porch after the sun goes down and enjoy the rooftop view!

I didn't really like the food here all the much but the atmosphere is awesome! This is a great place to go with people and hang out, have a drink, a snack and enjoy the great view.

I've always loved Red's but how they reacted tonight to the crazy storms only solidified my love of this place. Storms hit, lights flash and die - immediately and professionally the staff cleared the second floor down to the first, kept everyone safe, and still handled business accordingly. Enjoy the food and beer but more than that, feel safe and taken care of. Loyalty won yet again.

Their food is good & their outdoor areas are the best. We often come here for a light snack and a few drinks when we need a break. I do not enjoy parking here, but usually if you wait a moment someone will be leaving if you come during peak traffic times. I recommend their Boudin Balls & Fried Grit Cake off their Happy Hour menu!
