Florida has a new set of auto insurance laws involving personal injury that all drivers need to be aware of. At the beginning of this year, new laws went into effect stating that you now have only 14 days to seek medical treatment following a car accident. Also, new threshold have been set for injuries that require emergency action vs. non-emergency treatment.
