Great atmosphere and good service... that's about it. Ate there with my girlfriend and her mom who was visiting town. We ordered some bread with pesto/butter. That was good, but we received an extraordinary and unnecessary amount of butter and pesto for the little piece of flat bread that came with it. The amount of butter we received had to be near a whole brick, covered in a large amount of pesto sauce, for a piece of soft flatbread that was maybe 6" in diameter. That just seems sloppy to me. For the main course, my girlfriend ordered the lasagna, her mom the eggplant parmesan, and I the flatbread pizza. Here is where the grievances reside. The lasagna my girlfriend was drowning in sauce, and I don't mean figuratively. It was a fair sized piece of lasagna, a good single serving, but arrived in a bowl, with marinara sauce filling the bowl. It looked more like marinara soup, with a large lasagna dumpling in the middle. She actually lost bites of the lasagna that fell beneath the marina. had she dropped a piece of lasagna, the sauce would have shot out everywhere. Her mom's eggplant parmesan had a great presentation, but parts of it were actually cold! This tells me that they aren't making it fresh, and it may even be a frozen eggplant parmesan that's prepackaged or previously made in house, then reheated before serving. Finally, my pizza was dripping with grease, and was limp and soggy. There was I ordered pepperoni, which I understand releases some grease when cooked, but this was beyond an understandable amount. The outer crust was nice and crisp, as a flatbread pizza should be. However, the part covered with toppings was just sad. There was no crisp to the bread, I had to support the small slice with both hands to eat it. And then the bread was mushy to eat, with grease dripping down my hand as I ate. For the quality we received, I find it hard to believe they want the prices we were charged. I like the atmosphere of the place, but the price for the quality of food being served will keep me away.

One of our go-to favorites! Great food, no pretense, and friendly service. We love it so much, we had our wedding reception here. They were great to work with and made the event just what we wanted.

Annoyed that I made reservations and was seated at the table that's after the incline from the entrance in which I kept sliding back, felt lopsided and if I got up for anything my chair would fall over attracting the whole restaurants attention, however it was extremely entertaining to my friends. Service was good, food was alright.

Lala's had a variety of dishes, but it was all delicious! Both vegetarians and carnivores were satisfied, and the bottomless mimosas were strong and delicious.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I'd rate it a "no star, but that's not an option. I've never been here before, but will NEVER go back! My family and I went for a birthday celebration and it was a complete disappointment. We went for Sunday Supper...I guess the server was too lazy to give us clean plates...for all 3 courses... I finally asked for a clean one for the spaghetti, and instead of bringing 6 (for everyone), she brought one. LAZY!!! She never brought our 7 y/o the dough, never pre- or bussed our tables, drinks were never refilled.... But she sure was nice when she brought the check and the anticipation of her tip. So...the service sucked! And after reading other reviews, it appears to be the standard. Now about the food: the salad was nothing more than a bowl of lettuce, a few croutons, and dressing. The pizza was a basically a cracker it was so thin, and reminded me of Little Caesar's once it cooled down. Pretty gross. The spaghetti was nothing more than noodles with very little sauce. WASTE OF MONEY, I called the manager (I didn't complain at the restaurant...didn't want to make a scene) after we left, and she apologized that my experience didn't meet my expectations. I don't think their expectations for themselves are very high. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...

Was excited to try this place based on previous reviews but I ordered the chicken parmesan and the chicken was disgustingly under cooked. I understand not all restaurants are perfect but this place needs to work on their customer service. Nothing was done to make it right besides credit the entree, no make up meal, no side dish, nothing. So I sat there starving watching my date eat. Not how I envisioned spending 50 or my Friday night.
