Would publish your research in a journal not indexed in any database or directory?

On the Internet many scientific journals of this type are proliferating, offering open access and publication in a reasonable time and fast way, and then you can link or post them on the platforms that generate good academic SEO, so your academic papers have more probabilities to be found in the search engines. 

And if these kind of non-indexed journals thrive is because scientists and professors find some value in them, some of them angry I guess with the current system of scholarly publishing, which gives too much power to indexed journals, particularly to the ones in ISI Web of Knowledge / Web of Science (Thomson Reuters).
