Buzz-Off automotive. I think the name says it all. They essentially want you to buzz-off after they have taken your money. I got a groupon for interior and exterior detailing, looked like a good deal for the services that they said they would cover. Made an appointment, I was told it was a 6 hour job so handed the car over almost 7 hours before they closed. When I arrived, before closing time to pick up, I was watching them work on the car. it literally looked as if they had taken the car 15 minutes before I came in and started working on it. When I got the car back, inside and outside was still wet and there were some stains still left on the seat. As I drove away I realize that they had not even put the mats back in and had to drive back to retrieve them. I have no faith in a store to perform repair services when they cant even get a simple detailing job done right. Be careful, it definitely looks like a place with a bunch of young kids in it. On the only plus side, the person at the front desk was very courteous and professional.

While I'm happy to hear that you found the staff at our front desk to be courteous and professional, I was genuinely disappointed to discover that you weren't pleased with your overall detailing experience. Normally, we pride ourselves on our ability to really pay attention to detail. It seems like you caught us on an off day and for this I do apologize. We are usually very on point. Just had my 13 Malibu tinted by the guys at Buzz Off and they did a Great job!!!! I will be taking my car back and defiantly recommending them in the future. It's nice to see we still have Great local businesses.

This was a terrific experience! I'm new in town, and I decided to go with Buzz Off after being scared away from Mickey Shorr by their terrible reviews. Plus, I had found a deal on Groupon for the remote car starter I wanted to get for my husband for Xmas. I was told by Mark that some cars require an additional fee due to some sort of fancy computery thing in the vehicle's key. I brought my van in to see if this applied to me, and if not, I was going to schedule an appointment and come back for installation (we only have one car, so the timing had to be right). I got there, and within 5 minutes Mark had told me the fee would not apply to my car. And then instead of scheduling an appointment and going home to buy the coupon, Mark got me in immediately and the remote starter was installed in under an hour. The service was friendly and helpful. The job was well done and quickly done. And I'm sure my husband will be very happy with his gift...but he'll just have to wait until Xmas to find out about it!

The owner and staff at Buzz Off Automotive have always provided the best experience and customer service. I have worked with Marc and his staff for years. I have sent many clients to them for work on their high end vehicles. They provide a one-stop-shop for everything you could ever want on your vehicle. After 10 years of sending clients to them, I have never received a single complaint. Keep up the amazing work!

I have had Buzz Off work on several of my cars as well as my boat. Their quality of work is impeccable. There is no other place I would take my vehicles. I recommend them to family and friends all the time. I am 100% satisfied.

CAUTION ..TO ALL...THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A RIP-OFF AND THEY BUZZ-OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE PARTS OR SERVICE I PREPAID FOR SO THEY COULD ORDER THE PARTS...THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO INSTALL WITHIN ONE WEEK, SO THEY WOULD BE ON MY VEHICLE FOR A TRIP. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. Following my trip, I contacted them, and asked for a refund since they had not delivered either the parts nor the installation. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company they lied several times...telling them I had the parts.... THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS BUZZ OFF...WHICH IS WHAT THEY TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS OBVIOUSLY.....BUT THE REAL NAME OF THE COMPANY SHOULD BE "RIP OFF" BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE
