Horrible experience with this hotel. Booked a King size room for our anniversary only to arrive and find out they didn't have one available. Only had 2 doubles which were not ready either and its 4 in the afternoon. Really...We were told we could eat on site at the restaurant only to find out you have to reserve a table. The people were not pleasant to deal with. I would think for a classy hotel they would have it together a little better, not even close. You have to pay to park at the hotel so we decided to come home and sleep in our own King size bed. Then to boot, they charged out credit card $230.00, the room with tax was only $179.00. What a rip off will never book there again nor will I give good reviews to anyone to stay there.

I have stayed at the hotel on numerous occasions. I guess you could say it's my stay-cation place in SLC. Rooms have consistently been immaculate and the service always top notch. The beds are the one thing to brag about, they are amazing, and so are the pillows. Bambara staff will make you feel like you are their VIP guest. Good luck finding something on the menu that you won't love! Chef Powers knows how to treat!

Great hotel! While I live in Salt Lake City, I often stay here because of its location and convenience. They are a great boutique hotel with nice decor and great service. They are pet friendly and if you are lonely, they will let you borrow a gold fish.

Pleasantly surprised by how hip this hotel was, in Salt Lake City. Very cute boutique feel, with a nightly wine hour. Smallish but very nicely appointed rooms. Super friendly service. Perfect location right in the heart of town and just a couple blocks from light rail. Man, does this city get quiet on Sundays, though. Everything was closed, even the retail stores!

Perfect place to stay without dogs. This hotel was stunning. It's an old building that was tastefully converted to have all the modern-day amenities. There was a gym, a gorgeous (pet-friendly) restaurant, huge lobby, the list goes on. Our room looked like it was suited for a palace, and we really were treated like royalty. It was our first time visiting Salt Lake City, and I wouldn't have wanted to stay in any other hotel than this one. Yet, would we stay there again? Probably not. The fact that it was right downtown and only had valet parking were two major turnoffs for us, with dogs. Our pets were terrified of the people and the streetcars, and the residents kept giving us glares for even having our dogs next to them. If you are not travelling with dogs, you must stay here when visiting SLC. If you do have them, please think twice!

Suites are not suites at all. Just a room with a bed, a pull out couch, and a curtain between them. No fridge or microwave or coffee pot in the room--and coffee costs $14.50 for a pot of coffee. I should have stayed at the Radisson.

These guys went out of there way to make our anniversary special by upgrading our room and letting us check in early. We have be coming back for our anniversary since our honeymoon. The staff are very helpful. We have made arrangement through the front desk and every time things are in place. Also the hotel is located in the best place of downtown salt lake with shopping and entertainment close by. Travel to and from the airport is very easy and the private taxi's are very high end. The suites are wonderful on the northeast side of the building with great views of the city. It is a wonderful place to stay in Salt Lake. We will be repeat customers for sure.
