Great post! As an American whose worked pretty closely with the TZ Mennonite church, I can say that it is pretty small, mostly centred in North Mara and among the Luo, Jita and Kurya people in the major cities. Also, I've seen those statistics, and I've seem how they count participation and members, and I'm thinking they're overrepresented, at least for TZ.
