Each month, Chef Steven Robilio presents a 5-course dinner prepared with ingredients from our local farmers. The ever-changing menu features the freshest products from farms like Bear Creek Farm, Noble Springs Dairy, Delvin Farms & more.
Chef Steven presents each course to guests seated family-style in our private dining rooms. Also presented with each course is a drink pairing by General Manager Jonathan Parsons. The ingredients, cooking technique and inspiration behind each is explained to the interactive crowd.
$50 per person (plus tax & gratuity) includes dinner & drink pairings.
