Siamese cats are like mini heat maps. Thanks to a mutation in a temperature-sensitive enzyme called tyrosinase, Siamese cats naturally have less melanin production in high temps. So, warm areas of the body become white or cream, while cooler areas become darker. Pretty amazing!
