In honor of Valentines Day, Let's make a green smoothie disguised as a delicious chocolate shake! (I promise, your honey or your kids won't even know).
In your blender, combine 1 peeled and seeded avocado, 1 peeled banana, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, 1/2 cup non-dairy milk, 1 to 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth. (If using a high-powered blender you can add in dark, leafy greens and/or ground flax seed to bump up the nutrients even more). Makes two luscious servings.
