Thanks for the video. I'm trying to use a gauge 77 bit (a cheap one) and a spiral pin vice.  The bits just keep breaking.  I know you mention you don't know the bit size, but do you have an idea?  Also, did you use the tamiya drill for those as well?  What brand of bits did you use?  Thanks and nice build!!

Thanks Chris. I am pretty sure that I was using an 80 gauge bit for pilot holes, similar to the ones you get with the AMT fiber optic kits (found them on amazon in sets of 20). Then stepped up to a, best guess, 70 gauge bit to get the right size i was looking for. I did use the Tamiya drill for those, with a micro drill bit chuck also from amazon. Even with it, after awhile the bits get dull and eventually break, went through at least 5 80 gauge ones for the Warbird. You'll have an idea of when they are about to go when it gets harder to push them through the plastic, then you are on borrowed time. I appreciate the feedback, just wish I would have been able to finish it. Eventually I'll pull my stuff out of storage and get back to it (almost done!)
