We lived there for two years between 2012 and 2014. The office staff was just fine, and the living space was good enough. The community spaces were very frustrating however. During our time there we saw parking actually enforced one time; night after night you could count car after car that lacked any kind of appropriate parking pass. One rusty old brown pickup truck didn't move in the east lot for four months - it was a generally classy affair. Every few months tenants would receive snarky notes with their rent bill about picking up after dog waste and yet between October of 2013 and January of 2014 the poop-bag stations on the east side of the complex were not refilled; needless to say some of our neighbors didn't think it very important to buy their own bags and the poop piled up. My final stress with the Preserve was their community management efforts. Every tenant is given a key to the pool area - which makes absolutely NO sense as strangers can just reach in to the north gate and open it up. This was most exciting when the pool got closed for 4-5 weeks because somebody broke glass bottles in the pool, and paying residents couldn't use these "amenities" that were being tacked on to their outrageously high rent as it is. We requested a clock ($10 tops at Wal-Mart) be added to the workout room in our first month... 2 years later - no clock. The workout rooms were often dirty, the bench press machine was missing bolts for two weeks once, and you might get one of the three TVs to actually work at any given time. I know the Preserve can't do anything about the parking (like monitor it, issue tickets, tow cars, etc.). Nor can they invest small amounts of money or time to keep the place a bit cleaner. I also know that it's very difficult to have somebody in management actually take 10 steps into the workout facilities once in a while to witness the dirty rooms or broken machines. I get it... management is hard... But... just maybe some little steps could be engaged to make things a little bit better. All in all - not the worst place, nor is it the best. If you want a hands-off easy living experience with inconsistent amenities that you are paying a premium for, then this is the spot for you!

I've been living here for a couple months now and I love it! The staff is so nice and friendly, and the maintenance people are so helpful. The dishwasher was mounted weird and we had some issues with the dryer door when we first moved in, but we placed a work order and the maintenance guy came in that day and fixed it all for free! There is no noise problems (I don't know what these people are talking about below me), and it is definately not a college party area. There is plenty of parking as well. The premise is always so clean, and I love being able to walk over to the club house to grab some hot chocolate or a cup of coffee. The work out room is clean and well maintained, and the pool is fun too. My most favorite part if how friendly everyone is. I take my dog out to go to the bathroom or for a walk and everyone who sees me always says hi and we will stop to talk for like twenty mins! It feels like a close community here :)

I lived at the Preserve on the Meadows for a year and half and had a great experience. The office staff was awesome…they are the most helpful and friendly staff a have ever dealt with! They always greeted me by name and would do whatever they could to help me with any issue I had. The guest suites are great and very affordable when family and friends come to visit. The other residents are friendly and I always felt safe. My husband and I both left our garage doors open multiple times overnight and never was anything missing. I would highly recommend.
