I bet it is really good for depression then too. I read many years ago about how people with depression carry themselves. It actually had you go through a series of thinking of something that makes you sad and then look at your posture. Rounded shoulders protecting the heart. Then to think of a time when you were really proud and happy and notice how your posture changes. Your breathing is better which helps all the internal organs.
SO instead of the prozac go to a chiropractor. :-)

When I saw that picture of the person hunched over it made me think of that article. He can't breathe when sitting hunched over like that.
