We all know it's very important to stay fit and healthy as you get older. Benefits of regular exercise are numerous. Here are a few:

Gentle regular exercise can increase life span 3 - 5 years.
Improving muscle strength and bone density can help prevent the risk of falls.
Reduced risk of stroke or heart attack.
Reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis and fractures.
Reduce the risk of developing Dementia.
Prevent or delay diseases such as arthritis, diabetes, and Heart disease.
Helps prevent insomnia and Depression.

Started on July 18th of this year, Focused Care of Clarksville began a 25 minute Senior chair workout. Our goal is to keep you healthier and independent longer. Also it is a continuation of workouts when you leave the facility after completing therapy. Focused Care offers this service at no cost to you.

Times and Places:

Focused on Fitness Clarksville - The Hub, Mondays 10 am - 11 am and Thursdays 11 am - 12 pm

Focused on Fitness Bogata - First Assembly of God Fellowship Hall, Tuesdays and Fridays 2 pm - 3 pm
