We had to wait an hour before entering because there was a guest list (we were there at around 5 pm on a Sunday), there is not enough parking space, and once you're lucky to find a spot, you have to walk on a road facing cars driving at least 70 kmr, because there is no sidewalk. To my surprise, the staff in the reception are the least welcoming staff I've met. The place itself is pretty big, saunas and pools feel cozy (but some pool do smell like chemicals). The kitchen is small, not much choice (the food is delicious, thought). Overall, the place is nice, but I for the price I was expecting a better service, or at least a more smiley staff.

Compared to other spas I found this spa more outdated. You need to bring your own lock instead of having a lock bracelet typically provided at more modern spas. The view of the water was nice from the hot tubs, but the problem with the tubs was all the hot tubs were the exact same temperature when I visited so there was no variety. While the hot tubs were nice and large, there are other spas not far away that I prefer.

Great spa. Paid 70$ which was fine... Requested a bottle of water at check in and was basically told to f myself. Locker rooms too small. Service wasn't great.

Went on a Friday, arrived at 10:30 and the first parking was already full. Paid the student price, but didn't say in the web that It didn't included anything, so had to pays for locker, towels, and wanted a robe, so it came back to the same price of regular, but with a robe. The place is nice, on the side of a small "river". It was clean, workers were checking water all day, cleaning the leaves that were falling in the water. There is a lot of hot tubs, a lot of places to relax outside, but not enough to relax inside. There is place that is ok for small talk, the rest is quiet. It is made on the long and with some stories, which I like, since you realise less the amount of people there is. The lockers are small, and it seems people are always all changing at the same time... 😝. There is only 3 showers, and 2 bathroom. I didn't like that when you arrive you have to walk on site to the lockers. To the other spas I went you only got on site when you were changed. So I was seeing people come and go, it kills a bit the mood. An external entry would have been nice. It is close to the road, but with the water running you barely hear it on only one end of the spa. I still liked it but it's not my favorite place.

Very bad service! I was assured over the phone when booking that my girlfriend and I would be able to check in and put our stuff somewhere if we were early. We arrived 45 minutes early and brought all our stuff with us to find out we had to wait an hour before we can go up to our lodging. Two out of the three women that I spoke with at the check in were rude and had nasty attitudes if we spoke in English making the experience very uncomfortable. Aside from the bad start we very much enjoyed the spas and the massages! There wasn't anything special about the lodging. It was decent at best but much too expensive. During checkout we had to deal with the lousy attitude again. We left for home but had to turn around and drive an hour back when I found out they never gave me back my drivers license. When I got back I asked the woman why she kept it without telling me and all she said was "It's your fault! you have to remind us." ... Isn't it a routine to give people back their ID during checkout? She also never told me that they were going to hold on to my license during the check in process. I simply left without arguing. This is the only place I have ever had problems with.

First off, it is extremely dangerous to get from the parking #3 to the spa as we have to walk on a 90km/hour road in the dark without any lights. We actually had to run in the snow on the side hoping not to slip or get hit by a car. Also, very disappointed as I bought a certificate at a Polar Bears booth in Montreal and the woman specifically told me that it would include every cost including taxes, robes and water bottles. She told me it was an amazing deal and that is why I bought it but when I drove an hour to go there they told me I had to pay a differential and that robes and water bottles are never included and there is nothing they can do about it.

3 1/2 Stars. Phone service is slow (around 20 minute wait). Washrooms way too small, spa number 3 smells like chemicals. Definitely not the best spa, but still almost a decent one.

Terrible services. Rooms out of date and lacking amenities. Really falls behind the other spas in the region. Very disappointed with our stay. Would not recommend or go back.
