Fact: When is exercising the MOST important during the hCG diet?
So we realize that many different hCG centers around ATL may tell you not to workout during your hCG diet or to only work out once a week. All of these different answers can be confusing to someone who is just starting out on the hCG diet. Here at HCG Weight Loss Center we actually want to set the record straight. WE BELIEVE that exercising is actually the most important AFTER the MAINTENANCE PHASE. We do believe you can workout during your other phases but this is most important AFTER the maintenance because just eating healthy will NOT keep your weight off but working out + eating healthy WILL!

1. Exercise 5-7 days/week for at least 5 hours a week
2. Eat a non-starchy breakfast
3. Control your portions
4. Make healthy food choices, eat very little processed foods. EAT REAL FOODS!
5. Weigh yourself daily
6. Deal with stress in a food-free way
7. Surround yourself with support
8. Limit watching T.V to 10 hours a week
