Not sure which is worse, the 30-second loop of terrible hold music, or the "Thank you for waiting, we'll be with you soon." that keeps interrupting it every 45 seconds.

Pretty sure Cox just called my bluff on doing the modem-router reset dance four times in the last few days (I did it once). Good to know they can track that.
 
Not to self, reset modem every 45 minutes.
