Is today a Thanksgiving Day for you? Developing a strong "Attitude of Gratitude" can be one of the healthiest things you can do to uplift your self-esteem and your degree of happiness and joy on a daily basis. Life is short, too short to be taking it and everything else for granted.

An Attitude of Gratitude . . .
Have you ever taken a moment to do some reverse thinking? No! I don't mean negative thinking. I mean reverse thinking. I read an interesting guest post in one of the many blogs I subscribe to and read semi-regularly (because I only have the same 24 hours in...

Just part of the journey of life, Lesa. Live in and enjoy the moments. One day we'll all reach a terminus where nothing will matter anymore. I've been very lax in adding new articles to my blog, too. I seem to be a bit more motivated by interacting with people on my "Living Free Project" Facebook group that is growing very nicely and has a nice international membership as well. Sometimes we just need to let the "spirit" move us and go with our own inclinations and flow.

Who? Why? How?
Those were three questions that crossed my mind the other day as I was doing some reminiscing about my own life and, sort of, comparing my life to the lives of some of my family,  friends

What are YOUR plans to make 2018 your BEST YEAR EVER? I don't believe in resolutions, but I do believe everyone has something they can do each year to make their lives better and probably the lives of others around them and around the world better. Check out my latest post to, perhaps, glean a few ideas.

So, what is your #2 regret? There seem to be 5 main regrets people express as they are approaching the end of their lives or are on their deathbeds. I already wrote about the #1 regret in the last article. In this article I'm addressing the #2 most expressed regret. Do you harbor this regret yourself? What are you going to do to change that situation?

Regrets! We all have some. They're part of life and the choices we make. But, do we want to die with huge regrets hanging over us? We don't need to unless we choose to. But, why? Here are some thoughts on the #1 deathbed regret people have. Let's eliminate it from our lives.

Have you ever really contemplated how free you are? We live in a very unfree world, although the politicians and governments want you to believe you're actually free. Read here to contemplate the idea of "living free in an unfree world."

Today I wrote a very sincere letter to my friend, Greg. Last night I realized how I've allowed myself to be drawn into social media interactions that are counterproductive, a waste of my priceless time and actually draining my spirit and enthusiasm. Great sent out a group email that again tempted me to be drawn in, Instead I wrote this letter and relieved myself of a self-imposed burden. Maybe you're dealing with a similar situation in your life. I hope this helps.
