Bought my first car trough Frema Motors and I love it!! Frankie is an owner and she is amazing. They made sure they didn't pressure me into anything and helped out a lot with getting the price down on the car since I am a student. Everyone was very nice and helpful and I would recommend anyone to them!

When I was looking for a new vehicle a friend from back home heard I was specifically looking for a VW and went out of their way to contact Frankie at Frema Motors without my knowledge. Frankie had left me one of the kindest voicemails, and even though I had recently made up my mind I would stick with my Honda, I thought why not call them back since so much effort had been put into contacting someone by hear say. Needless to say Frankie was very understanding of the situation I had just experienced with a VW dealership here where I live, and talked me through every possible option available to me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and without any hesitation she found me the only available Tiguan in NC that matched my desires. I live in Emerald Isle, NC and Frema Motors comes to me anytime my vehicle needs anything. They pick my car up, leave me with a courtesy rental, and return my vehicle without any inconvenience to me. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I make sure to always share my story with anyone looking for a new vehicle! I do not think I will ever want to deal with any other dealership than Frema Motors ever again! And I must add, Ralph (the man who picks up my vehicle the majority of the time) and Alan (delivered my vehicle to me when I first purchased it and also will sometimes pick up my vehicle) are amazing employees who I have formed professional friendships with. They truly make you feel like family! I cannot leave Will or Tina out of this review either! Will and Tina I am sure know my vehicle very well... Not for any thing that would be a manufacturing problem, but let's just say the new puppy who entered my life around the same time of the purchase of the Tig found the wiring harnesses under my front driver and passenger seats to be very tasty. Will patiently kept me in the loop, and once discovered of why so many warning lights where randomly going off on me he kindly said to me, "Miss Beasley, it seems as though a small animal has chewed the wiring under your seats which has disabled your sensors." I immediately knew the culprit, and Will and Tina as well as the entire service team at Frema made sure to make the repair process as convenient for me as possible even though it was probably one of the more ridiculous things they have ever been presented. Wilson (the pup) now has a permanent car seat and still to this day is not trusted in the Tig alone! But that's not all! Anytime I call up for a tire rotation or oil change Tina is prompt to having Ralph come and get my vehicle from me. I love knowing I'll hear Tina's kind voice making sure I am worked in as soon as possible, Will's understanding patience in explaining to me all my car questions, and seeing Ralph is always a treat! I'd give them more stars if possible. You truly will not find a better dealership. I am convinced the Frema Motors family is one no other will ever be able to compare to!

Oh my gracious!!!! Impressed, blown away, appreciated, and 100% completely satisfied! This was by far the most enjoyable, least stressful, most wonderful experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I have purchased a new vehicle at least 10 times and have never been treated so wonderfully or felt so valued/appreciated. I wasn't looking as forward to purchasing a vehicle this time around since my credit wasn't as strong as it always was. However, after my best friend told me to come here and stated "I guarantee they will treat you right without any runaround," I figured I'd see for myself! My gracious I am so thankful I did! Jim, Joey, and everyone here immediately makes you feel like family. I will never again go to another dealership and I live over an hour away. Frema Motors is a place I can trust and I look forward to being a customer for life!

Extremely happy with our experience at Frema Mazda in Goldsboro. I emailed a number of dealers within the region and Frema was the first to respond. Ben was great to deal with. He exchanged emails to answer all of my questions and drove a car to Raleigh for us to test drive because our schedules didn't allow us to make it to dealership. We agreed to a price over email before we even stepped foot in the dealership. We did go into the store to do paperwork the following week and then Ben delivered the car to our house the next week after the accessories and tint had been installed. There was a small mix up on the accessories but Ben made it right. OTD price was very good considering it was a new model and was lower than what other OTD quotes were from other dealers and according to TruCar and Edmunds. I would have liked a little more for my trade in but it was a fair price; and with the purchase price of the new car, I met my goal for what I was willing to finance.

My lease is coming up on my VW Passat (my 4th VW), and I like the look of the Tiguan and the Mazda CX-5, so I stopped by to take a look at them. I made it clear that I was not buying a car that day. Everyone was nice and friendly, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. There wasn't a new Tiguan on the lot to drive, but I sat in a pre-owned one and then took a CX-5 for a test drive. When I returned I was asked if they could quickly appraise my car, which is strange since it's a lease. Why would I trade it in for less than what will be owed when I can just turn the car in? But I said OK. After 30 minutes of waiting I had the sales rep paged and let him know I needed to get going. He said they were trying to get a payoff on my car before giving me an appraisal and were looking at what options they had. He also wanted to pull my credit, but I said no as I had no intentions of buying a car that day. The sales rep took down my contact info and said he would call me on Monday (this was Saturday) with more information about what options I had. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them. Very unprofessional in the end. When my lease is up next month, I won't be getting a new car from Freema Motors.

We brought our 2009 Tiguan in for a check engine light on Thursday, week before last. They diagnosed the problem and said we also had a slight oil leak and our warranty company had approved a new seal. I was confused by this because the entire oil system had just been redone at a dealership a few months prior and we had not experienced any leaks, but it was covered by warranty and they had received approval prior to asking me. It took them SIX days to repair our car, there was poor communication all through the process. They initially gave me a bill that was $47.00 over the cost I was required to pay, so I had to make several phone calls to clear that up as well. We drove an hour to collect the car and when it came back there was gook on the mats in the front that was not there previously and I figured I might have to shampoo it out. I was irritated that they had not used paper on my mats to prevent this- but instead of discussing it, I chalked it up to their lack of professionalism and moved on. I just wanted my car back. We didn't use the car again until Saturday when we dropped off our second vehicle at Pep Boys to get a tire rotation, we left it there overnight and returned home. As I was driving in the garage I noticed a huge puddle where the Tiguan had been parked, I thought it was water from the A/C and didn't park in the same place so that it could evaporate. This morning I went to go use my car, I discovered that the pristine floor of my garage now has at least a gallon of oil on it. Our other car was ready to be picked up, but we can't pick it up because the car that Frema Motors "repaired" is entirely out of oil and will need to be towed. I cannot in all good conscience recommend a dealership that took so long to complete a "repair", and caused considerable damage to my property. Now not only does the car I drove in to them need to be towed back, I also have to spend time getting estimates on the restoration of my garage floor, there is oil all over my tires as well. It will likely take an additional 2 weeks to put the consequences of doing business with Frema Motors behind me, providing they have the integrity to cover the damage their negligence has done to my home. What an absolute headache!

Frema Motors is a great place to buy your next new or used car. This was my first time buying a car and they were very friendly and professional. They worked with me to get me into a new car. They were concerned with giving me a great deal as well as something that I would be happy with. I have no complaints about how things were handed at Frema Motors. I will be going back in the future for my next car. The entire team that I have worked with is wonderful. Thank you Frema Motors fro being so great!

went down there and it was a big dog in the building running around like a human...I asked the salesman to put the dog away bc I was scared his response was oh he want bother u , thats beside the point my son was also affraid of the dog he was crying so I got up and handled my business outside...SMH will not be going there ever again.

I am very sorry for your bad experience. We do have a black labrador retriever that is here sometimes. I apologize that this salesman did not put her up so that you would have felt more comfortable here. She would not hurt anyone but not everyone is a dog lover like most of us here and we do respect others that are scared or do not want to be around our dogs for any reason.
