I was in need of a car and with auto credit express I was able to get one in a day. Not much hassle and you don't need perfect credit. They help you find what your looking for. It's easy takes just a few minutes and you can apply straight from your phone.

Auto Credit Express quickly contacted me and was able to get me with a dealership in my area that could work with me and find me a loan for a new vehicle when other dealerships could not. I am grateful and pleased with my 2013 Nissan Altima! Definitely didn't think I would qualify for anything newer than a 2010! Thanks for leading me to the right place for me!

All of the dealerships that they work wait will call you and tell you that you are approved with zero down once you get there it's a whole new story they want you to either have a cosigner or have a large down payment telling you oh you already approve just bring documents is nothing but a hassle in a run around !! They need to get real dealerships that actually work with people with bad credit why waste our time in lie! The dealerships just want you to come mean they don't even take the time to look at your situation before inviting you in! I could do this stuff on my own why keep letting you run my credit and I can't get help ??!!

Hello, Shey. All of our dealers are carefully selected for their abilities and willingness to successfully work with all types of credit. We match each of our applicants with the dealership that will give them their best chance to be approved for a car loan, but every dealer has different requirements. Every customer is also different. Depending on your situation, you may be asked to provide a higher or lower down payment, or a dealer might need you to provide a co-signer in order to get a lender to accept your application. While we do provide a service that is intended to help buyers with credit issues get approved for auto financing, there are no guarantees about buying terms, down payments or co-signers. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best of luck with everything. Sincerely, Auto Credit Express

I contacted AutoCredit Express last Thursday. They Found me a dealer within 2 hours I contacted the Dealer right away and they were ready for me to come in and purchase a car that Saturday. I can say I am a proud owner on a 2015 Sonata. Thank you Auto Credit Express.

I HIGHLY recommend this company if you need assistance with buying a car with bad credit! I needed a car very badly and never thought I would get approved for one due to poor credit. I found this website, and decided to give it a try. Within an hour of submitting my application I received a call from a dealership, and after speaking to them and submitting my paystubs I was told to come down to the dealership and look at a car. A few hours later I went and looked at a brand new Jeep Patriot, that I was already approved for! Test drove it and fell in love with it, signed some papers and drove off the lot in a brand new vehicle! Something I thought would be years down the line! This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I am so thankful for this company! Thank you!!!!

I recently bought a car from this company, the buying experience was fine and he worked with me a my girlfriend on her credit. The issue I have is they sold us a car that was falling apart, within a month of buying, all four tires needed to be replaced and I learned that they sold us a car without a spare. Now it's month 3 and I'm having to come out of pocket on a new battery. I would steer clear i f your looking for a GOOD used car.

Hello, Brandon. We understand that you are disappointed and encourage you to contact the dealership that sold you the car. We do our best to match our customers with highly rated dealers who’ve built solid reputations. However, after the vehicle is purchased, anything that happens with the car is between the buyer and the dealership. Thank you for the feedback and have a good day. Sincerely, Auto Credit Express

The website is misleading. They will NOT pre-approve you. You will not be approved with a loan to shop a car. You will just be contacted by a dealership who was forwarded all your information. You will be lucky they don't run your credit before they even meet you. The dealership they partner you with will STILL perform a hard inquiry on your credit in order to pair you with an unknown lender and then ask you for a sizable down payment. Anything 29% or more financing and you will NOT be rebuilding your credit. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME!

Hello, Mr. Ander. We are a car buying service for people with bad credit. If were looking for a loan to “shop for a car” like a cash buyer you would need a direct loan from a bank or credit union. Our service matches you with one and only one dealer most likely to get you approved for a car loan. Our process limits the inquiries on your credit report. It is true, however, that your credit report will be viewed prior to presenting you rates and term. Rates and terms are based on job and income stability, as well as your credit history. I would agree that 29% is high, but if that was the rate you qualified for it is most likely the best rate available based on your circumstances.

The seller tried and help me but they wouldn't approve me cuz I have another car loan . If I couldn't afford another car I wouldn't have been their . Thanks to the seller for trying to do what he can. But that tv commercial is bs.
Response from the owner - 3 months ago
Hello, Gerardo. It sounds like one of two things might be the reason for why you weren’t approved for a second auto loan. And both of these have something to do with lender requirements, not a dealer decision. First of all, most subprime lenders will only allow one car per person. So if you already have an auto loan, they automatically won’t approve a second one unless another driver’s name is also on the loan. The second factor to consider is your debt to income (DTI) ratio. A DTI ratio represents the percentage of you qualifying income that goes toward debt payments every month. And a special finance lender will only allow this percentage to be so high. If it seems that a new car loan would stretch your income too far, a lender won’t approve your finance application no matter what a dealer does. Most dealerships will do everything they can to get a buyer approved, but every dealer has to work within the boundaries of lender requirements. Sincerely, Auto Credit Express
