I went to plug in my band to sync it but my band became "unpaired" for some reason.  I had to first sign in, which it has never asked since setting up, and now it wants me to add a band?  Ummm why??  (It's not adding it btw)

This is definitely progress I'm proud of. My goal is 8,000 steps. 10,000 steps and I have IFTTT recipe post to my blog about my success. I was so close!! It's little things like this that get me motivated #determined

What I love about this device is that it has motivated me. In order to reach my personal goal of 10k steps I had to move more, so I pushed harder today. I guess whatever works, right?

can anyone offer some tips on easier ways to log food and drink?  I tried to log a bottled water and that was quite the chore.  It logged an ounce of water instead of 16.9oz and I had to figure it out a few times

Use MFP. It's easier to log food and drink.
