BrightContext founders John Funge and Leo Scott had already built and sold two other companies prior to launching the Arlington startup in 2010.
For WealthEngine, which provides intelligence on prospects for fundraisers and marketers, the acquisition adds real-time analytics capabilities that will give its customers the additional context to fine tune their engagement strategy.
