Went there with 2 children and another adult. The wait in line was 20+ minutes and they have a policy of not allowing people to sit down until they have ordered. The first time they mentioned their no sitting until you order policy we had just arrived, but the second time there were two groups in front of us in line & 3 open tables inside (and probably others outside as well). I kind of understand this policy from a business perspective, but if your seating is that limited you should get a bigger place or maybe change your ordering system so people don't have to stand there for so long. After being asked to get up when then was obviously available seating for those in front of us we decided to leave and not give them our business.

4th time and last time! I am a local in Flagstaff and have tried this place four different times. I have had 3 poor experiences out of four and I'm done. I highly recommend, if you venture to this place, that you emphasis with the staff how you want your food cooked. Describe to them the color you want your meat. The philosophy is to give it to you the way they think is best. It will come out raw every time. Ordered medium well tonight and received a luke warm/raw center on the burger. I don't understand why they continue to cook their burgers this way?They took it back and pulled it off the bun then cooked it with other burgers on the grill after we had taken a bite! Pretty sure that isn't sanitary! My wife works for the county and I'm sure health inspectors won't agree with the pushiness of the business selling their customers on the benefits of eating raw meat. My wife works for the county and I am pretty sure the health department will be interested to hear about the practices of this establishment! Never again! Recommend only if you like your meat moving when it is delivered!

Burger was ok. Frys were pretty good. Limited to no seating. Cheapest burger on the menu is $10.75. For two people and just water it was $27. Rip off!!! Don't go here. I don't understand why people think this is such a good place. The copper tables makes the place smell like blood. Try Mama Burger or Bigfoot BBQ in the basement.

Yikes, raw meat burger. My bad for not sending it back, but it still wouldn't have thrilled me anyway. Fries had some spice on it like basil or something, which added a yuck factor to an otherwise well cooked fry. I'd probably mosey on down the road a spell if I had my druthers. It's got great seats, and nice ambiance in a brick square, and the kids love it. Just order it Medium, not Medium Rare.

Now this is a serious burger stand! So many burgers to choose from, cooked to order. The only problem with so many to choose from is actually making up your mind! Lots of combinations you would not find anywhere else. The customer service was really friendly. The beef is from "Diablo trust" which are two small farms located near Flagstaff, so you know the beef is always fresh. The fries where really good and they have a nice selection of dipping sauces. They also have a small but good selection of local beers. The only bad thing was the sitting is kinda limited, which can be a big pain when going during peak hours. Outside of that this place is pretty much the bomb.

We had a diablo burger of the day with bourbon soaked peaches and bleu cheese. The peaches tasted so perfect, and our burger was pretty decent. My first issue is that ... it was $13+ after tax. It's a bit of a small burger too (consider the size of an English Muffin...). Maybe it's because I come from an area where "free range" and "grass fred" are a given at many independent dining establishments, soI wasn't that impressed. The beef didn't blow my mind, and the fries were uneven and a bit dead. I didn't find the rosemary innovative, especially since it wasn't even fresh rosemary. For the prices they charge ... I'm surprised they're cash only. They're probably making a killing avoiding taxes too.

Me and my friend went to Diablo Burger for her last night in the States. We accidentally showed up 8 minutes before they close, but we still decided to go in because it was the last time she'd ever have Diablo Burger. Unlike MOST restaurants, they were still super nice and friendly and were actually really happy that was the last place she wanted to eat in Flagstaff. Not that the millionth person has to say it, but I would totally bring any out-of-towner to Diablo! Just superb.
