Wow, very interesting.
A few years ago, computer science whiz Chris Harrison created a beautiful visualization linking up every cross reference in the Bible. So, for example, if a verse in the New Testament referred back to a verse in the Old Testament, there was an arc drawn between the two chapters they were in (the vertical lines at the bottom represent the number of verses in that chapter):Amazing! Turns out there are 63,779 cross references in the Bible (and that ...

We could live in underground cities and use vertical farms to thrive.
3 min clip about VERTICAL FARMS that COULD FEED 200 BILLION RAW VEGANS. No soil (reusable cloth), no pesticides, no herbicides, 20 times less water, and no need of sun. As urban populations continue to rise, innovators are looking beyond traditional farming as a way to feed everyone while having less impact on our land and water resources. Vertical farming is one solution that's been implemented around the world. Vertical farms produce crops in stacked layers, often in controlled environments such as those built by AeroFarms in Newark, New Jersey. AeroFarms grows a variety of leafy salad greens using a process called "aeroponics," which relies on air and mist. AeroFarms' crops are grown entirely indoors using a reusable cloth medium made from recycled plastics. In the absence of sun exposure, the company uses LED lights that expose plants to only certain types of spectrum. AeroFarms claims it uses 95% less water than a traditional farm thanks to its specially designed root misting system. And it is now building out a new 70,000 square foot facility in a former steel mill. Once completed, it's expected to grow 2 million pounds of greens per year, making it the largest indoor vertical farm in the world.

For more on AeroFarms:

Other companies have 6 by 8 portable farms, like 1,000% more productive than conventional gardening & farming, no water almost, no soil, no pesticides, no fertilizer, no weed removal, etc. Imagine vertical farms in every building that provide biophoton rich produce to all. Produce starts losing nutrients and biophotons within minutes of being plucked. We need a McDonalds of portable Farms, something that makes EVERYONE A FOOD PRODUCER - just like Internet made everyone information creator and cell phones got rid of land lines with decentralized phone system and solar got rid of centralized energy production in areas where more go off-grid. This is decentralized food production, true DEMOCRACY and higher security of food supply - just like distributed off-grid homes are far more secure from hacker attack, local food production is far more secure from contamination.

For 100+ reasons I didn't eat meat for 20 years and dairy for 12 years (12% of millennials have already given up meat in America) see Going vegan is like planting 62 trees in your backyard, as far as CO2 emissions reduction.

Hi! I just installed ingress and am very excited to finally start playing! I joined the Enlightened faction, but I feel that both factions should work together for the good of Mankind. Too bad that's not an available option in Ingress. :/ Anyway, my code name, for now, is keeps3000, but I Want it to be krepta3000 like on every system and game I use. Stupid autocorrect on my new phone. :(

Physicist Predicts Global Cooling, Warming Alarmists Want Research ‘Silenced’

Nothing shall challenge the narrative.

Global warming alarmists resist any science that doesn’t toe their line, and one physicist in the UK is speaking out about how her research on global cooling is ruffling their feathers.

Excellent doctors, great staff. I just wish they had bigger chairs, or armless chairs, in the waiting room.

They do a good job, but when I take my uniform to get it dry cleaned, pressed, and creased, they ask me what time Tomorrow I want to pick it up. I can't wait that long, I have two complete uniforms, I must have them cleaned, pressed, and neatly creased, and with me in my car, just in case something happens and I need to change. I don't have Time to wait till tomorrow. I need a place that actually WILL do their job in 1 hour, or at least the same day.

I have tried and tried to find a dry cleaner within a reasonable distance of where I live, that had same day service. Let me repeat that, SAME DAY SERVICE! I thought I found the right one, at last, their website even claimed Delivery! Whoo! But, lo and behold, no delivery of any kind for my area. :( And the other claim, One Hour, Hahaahaaa, no. I do not care if there are a lot of customers needing things to be cleaned, if you claim you can get something done in an hour, in the NAME of your store for instance, then you must come through with that promise. Otherwise, you're just another dishonest hack. That's what I think about this place, just another dishonest bunch, like so many other cleaners I've found. I'm so sick and tired and frustrated. I give up.
