THE IMPERFECT PORTRAIT EXPERIMENT

Whilst I enjoy drawing I really don't feel I am any good at drawing portraits - the whole thing feels too personal and revealing of my inadequacies as an artist and my fear of accidentally insulting somebody.

I decided I needed to investigate further, so, on 31st July I went to Trafalgar Square to offer free portraits for anyone who wanted one.

Here's a blog and short video of what happened:

Hey Squares,

I hope life on the other side is good. As promised, I finally got hold of the change and influencing theory slides that we looked at on the last day and have put them on the drive.

All the best

Hi Squares,

It was an absolute pleasure to work with you, albeit briefly. Please do keep in touch and share stories of your adventures as you re-enter an overly-thingified world.

Don't ever forget what a wonderful resource you are for each other.

Good luck and don't be strangers

Hey Squares. It was fab to work with you on Foundation. I've uploaded the slides to your Google Drive in the link below.

Hope you have fun, keep stretching and making each other look good over the next 2 weeks. I look forward to seeing you on the 10th Feb.

Steve
