#unrigTheElection - Voting rights were taken away and infringed upon throughout this election. Provisional, Mail in & Early Votes are still being tallied now - it's not too late to speak out and make sure everyone's vote is counted! #VoterSuppression enabled by the removal of the oversight provided by the Federal Voting Rights Act (removal effort funded by the Koch Bros and their 800 mil budget to put the GOP in power) Call your US REP today - contact info for all US reps and a sample phone script that you can use can be found at www.tinyurl.com/unrignow and www.tinyurl.com/calltounrig

I have a batch of lacto fermented hot sauce bubbling away using these Waterless low profile Airlocks from Peter's Pickle, and I am happy with the progress and the product. My only dislike - and it is kind of a biggie - is ...

Bowie’s art collection not only reflects his role as a musician, but as an Anglophile who never lost sense of his Britishness.

#sorryNotSorry :-) Yes, I hate the whole "Pumpkin Spice Everything" thing. Hate. It. But I was bored, and needed to make a batch of medibles for myself. It's October, so I figured it was a good time to concoct some ironic Pum...

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff Still a tiny bit rough around the edges, but they just opened - overall excellent experience.

Warm, friendly service, delicious freshly prepared food, clean and neat restaurant - and so reasonably priced. So lucky to have this hidden gem so close to my house, we eat here (& to go) all of the time - and we have truly never had any thing but an amazing experience

Large, clean, organized store, clean bathrooms - but always seems 'picked over', I believe management or staff is cherry-picking on a professional level in this store. It seriously looks empty of anything worth buying, no matter when you go in, and pricing on items often is insanely high - or just insane. $74.99 for bad framed art? $15 for shirts? Meh. Handbags and purses are all plastic junk, and bad fakes, always - a sure sign of staff cherry picking. Hundreds of purses... all crap! In the housewares section, they also seem to have a standard policy for pricing "sets" individually - for example Salad server set? Each piece $4.99. Cream & Sugar set? Each piece $7.99. Covered casserole? Lid, dish and stand ALL priced individually. I am surprised they don't have each shoe in the pairs of shoes priced individually! With all that said, occasionally you will find items that have slipped under their cherry picking radar, so it is worth a visit if you are in the area - just not what I would call a 'destination' thrift shopping experience.

Everything I've had at Rex is delicious, carefully and beautifully made, with that authentic and correct balance of flavors that shows respect for tradition, these are the flavors of home -- perfected! My personal favorite is their Eggplant Sandwich, a sandwich that so many places get wrong. Rex understands what makes a great Eggplant Sammy -- theirs is one of the top versions of this classic Southern Italian sandwich that I've ever had in my life. Calzones are fabulous, their sausage is homemade and amazing, subs and salads are generous, delicious and fresh! Try their cookies, too - so good with an espresso! A really great neighborhood gem - plus delivery during some hours?! What's not to love?! I'd give Rex 6 stars if I could! LUV!!!!

Food was pretty good, but the service was horrible across the board. Better choices are available in this neighborhood, places where customers are treated like family, so why go here? I can not recommend.

The worst P.O. I have ever experienced in 30+ years in Chicago. Mail carriers are all apparently temps - mail is not delivered or delivered in the middle of the night, or at 7 am ??!!, thrown onto the porch from the sidewalk, and try to schedule a pickup -- they will do everything they can do to NOT pickup packages, even tho USPS promotes this 'service' as one of the benefits of using Priority mail. Call there for help and you get attitude IF anyone even answers the phone. I drive 2 zip codes over to use another PO. Terrible across the board.

Beautifully prepared Indian food, perfectly balanced seasoning & spices, clean, quiet and elegant surroundings -- warm & friendly service but not intrusive --this is the best choice on Devon. Hema has THE recipes!
